501 FREE is a high-capacity mechanical pivot system designed for doors up to 500kg. The pivot mechanism is fully embedded in the door leaf, maintaining clean visual lines with no exposed external elements.

Heavy-duty pivot system for doors weighing up to 500 kg.

Designed to deliver maximum efficiency, the pivot door system combines high load capacity with exceptional performance. Its advanced engineering ensures smooth and seamless opening and closing, providing a refined and quiet user experience.

With precise adjustment features, it allows for fine-tuning during installation to ensure perfect alignment and highly accurate results. Ideal for projects demanding quality, durability, and sophisticated aesthetics. 

Pivot features

  • Free swing pivot without opening limit

  • Adjustment of position on the upper swing and base

  • Upper pivot with needle bearing

  • Installation of the upper pivot from the top of the door
